It was a special opportunity to personally congratulate our graduating Interactors and celebrate their accomplishments alongside their families, friends, and fellow classmates. We were especially proud to see that both the Valedictorian, Pranati Jammalamadaka (not photographed - CLICK HERE), and the Salutatorian, Gabriel Longenecker, are members of Interact. Their inspiring speeches reflected the leadership, service, and dedication that we have come to expect from these outstanding students.
One of the most meaningful sights during the ceremony was seeing all of our graduating Interactors wearing a teal cord, signifying their membership in the club and their commitment to service throughout their high school years. Many were also proudly wearing their Interact pin, a special memento awarded only to seniors who graduate "in good standing" with the club. These symbols of service and leadership stood out among the graduates and served as a reminder of the positive impact these students have made on their school and community.
The ceremony was also significant for another reason. It marked the final graduation for Souderton-Telford Rotary Member Frank Gallagher in his role as Superintendent of the Souderton Area School District. Throughout his career, Frank has made a lasting impact on countless students, families, and educators, and it was fitting to see him recognized during this important occasion. Thank you for your years of leadership, dedication, and service to the Souderton Area School District. We wish you all the best in this exciting new chapter!
As a club, we are incredibly proud of all of our graduating Interact students and grateful for the positive influence they have had on our community through their commitment to service. We congratulate the entire Class of 2026 and wish them continued success in their future endeavors.
I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Interact Advisors, Jen Detwiler and Alison Kircher, for their dedication, guidance, and countless hours invested in supporting our students throughout the year. Their leadership, encouragement, and commitment to service help make Interact the outstanding organization it is today. The relationships they build with students and the opportunities they create have a lasting impact that extends well beyond graduation.
Thank you Rotary Club members for your unwavering support of Interact. Whether welcoming students when they visit our meetings, encouraging them in their service projects, or providing the financial resources that make many of these opportunities possible, your commitment makes a tremendous difference.
