Dwain brings with him an incredible 33 years of Rotary experience as a former member and past president of the Montego Bay East Rotary Club. His passion for service, leadership, and mentorship shines through in everything he does.
Now part of our Souderton-Telford community, Dwain is eager to focus his energy on developing future Rotary leaders — especially by engaging students and young people through school-based programs.
