A 4-Day 3-Night Residential Camp for Middle School Students in Rotary District #7430 was a weekend full of making new friends and hands-on learning.

Our club sponsored students from Dock Mennonite Academy and Indian Crest Middle School.  We look forward to hearing from them at an upcoming meeting about their experience!

Darlene lead a session on Rotary Youth Programs.  SAHS Interact 24-25 President Claire Jalboot joined via zoom to tell about how Interact and Camp Neidig has impacted her life. Claire is the center square.

The camp is an overnight camp...which requires a Rotarian to remain awake overnight.  President-Elect Sarah Bergin charged up her phone and used the opportunity to start rewatching "Game of Thrones" for the umpteenth time.  No "funny business" happened on her "watch" but she does report it took several of the students till after 2am to calm down.  Perhaps Al, Darlene and Karla will need to challenge them a bit more during daylight hours!
