The Rotary International Council on Legislation will convene in Evanston, IL, from April 13-17, 2025, to vote on proposed enactments that would change Rotary International’s Constitution, its Bylaws or the Standard Rotary Club Constitution.
In November 2024, members of the Council will have a preliminary vote on the proposed enactments. CLICK HERE Those proposals that survive the November voting will be considered in Evanston.
