This week was a "double header" - we learned more about a newer member of our club Tom Trumbore and had a presentation from Indian Creek Foundation.
It's always a delight to learn more about members of our club. Tom shared about his hobbies, grandchildren, and goals of "making sawdust" - you'll have to ask him about that. He also spoke about his career with Siemens, and the challenges of "staying retired". He shared about how he is pursuing retirement and has "tested the waters". Tom stated, "You can receive counsel on how to financially prepare for retirement, but not much on how to prepare yourself emotionally."
A nice follow-up to Tom's sharing was a presentation by Indian Creek Foundation. They presented their new video, "Serve Every One" - CLICK HERE.
