Nominations are being accepted for Board Directors and Officers! The nomination window ends on April 21, 2025, at midnight. Please submit your nominations to Brad Bissinger CLICK HERE.
Once the window closes, a sample ballot with all nominated individuals willing to accept the position will be sent via email on April 23, 2025, for your preparation for in-person voting on April 24, 2025, at the annual meeting.
When you arrive at the Annual Meeting, you will be given a paper ballot to be completed and deposited into the voting box prior to 6:45PM. Voting will be open from 5:30 to 6:45PM. Once voting ends, I will tabulate all votes and have them reviewed by an Officer of the club.
If you need an absentee ballot, please let me know beforehand so I can make arrangements.
