Congrats to Souderton Area High School Senior, Julia Blair! She won the 2025 District 7430 Four-Way Speech Contest.
The competition this year was tight. Each of the four speakers was poised and articulate. Julia's speech's theme was "Participation Trophies" which she discussed using Rotary's 4-Way Test. Congrats Julia!
