As part of our Centennial celebration, we’re calling on Rotary members to take the spotlight for a special Centennial 4-Way Test Speech Contest on Thursday, March 12! This is your chance to inspire, persuade, and maybe even challenge your fellow Rotarians—while putting Rotary’s Four-Way Test into action.

Just like the student competition, speeches will be judged on how well they apply the principles of Truth, Fairness, Goodwill, and Benefit to All. And here’s a member-friendly bonus: Rotary participants may type out their remarks and read them without losing any points. The event will be proudly hosted and judged by the outstanding members of the Souderton Area Interact Club—our next generation of leaders!

What issue, idea, or passion would you like to present through the lens of the 4-Way Test? Whether it’s community service, business ethics, or a cause close to your heart, we want to hear YOUR voice. The winner will earn bragging rights and a monetary award to donate to the charity of their choice—talk about Service Above Self!

I’ve already heard from four brave club members who are ready to take the challenge—will you join them? If you wish to compete, I need to know ASAP so we can finalize the program. And in the spirit of fun and suspense, if you are competing, please keep it a secret!

Don’t sit on the sidelines—step up to the podium and be part of this memorable Centennial moment. Ready to compete? Sign up today!  Contact President Sarah Bergin.
