Our club winner, Riya Mehta, went on to compete in the Regional Rotary District Contest and earned second place among five outstanding contestants from around the region.
Riya’s speech, which advocated for mandatory community service for high school students, was thoughtful, engaging, and delivered with confidence. She did a fabulous job and represented both Souderton Telford Rotary Club (STRC) and Souderton Area High School (SAHS) wonderfully. We are very proud of her accomplishment! We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Ginny Vandenburg for her support of our Four-Way Test Speech Contest.
