Dear Rotarians and friends,
I love chocolate and Hershey’s is my favorite.  Not only does it taste great, but profits support education for low-income students.

I stopped by Hershey’s Chocolate World on a trip to visit my parents in Harrisburg and used the funds many of you donated for Halloween in the park to buy over 500 full size chocolate bars at a significant discount below the retail price ($20/box vs. $29.95/box).  Thank you for generously supporting our “Trick or Treat in the Park” adventure.  I am looking forward to next Thursday and hope to see many of you at the Souderton Borough Park in full costume!

I am also looking forward to our visit to the United Nations headquarters on November 13.  We had some open slots for the visit, so Karla and I reached out to the advisors of our incredibly strong Interact club at Souderton Area High School.  So far, 40 students and advisors are interested in joining us, so it will be a packed event and a fantastic learning experience for us all!
