Dear Rotarians and friends,
We are joining many area schools and celebrating spring break this week, so there will be no club meeting on April 10.  We are planning for an Annual Meeting on April 24. Click on the link to learn more.

Arrival
Members arrive at Indian Valley Country Club and are given:
  • Random table assignment
  • Survey results and recommendation sheet
  • List of committees with a selection survey
  • Proposed changes to Bylaws with a ballot
  • STRC nominations for officers and board members for 2025-2026
  • Centennial celebration flyer and selection survey
6:00-6:10 pm
Opening
  • The Sargeant at Arms will open the meeting and announcements will be made
6:10-7:40 pm
Dinner
  • Dinner will be served and presentations and discussions will be held throughout
6:10-6:30 pm
Survey results
  • Members will review survey results and discuss potential solutions for concerns identified
  • Recommendation sheets will be collected
6:30-7:00 pm
Committee review
  • Committee heads will present what they do and where they could use help from members
  • Members will complete a selection survey to indicate which committees they would like to participate on
  • Surveys will be collected
7:00-7:10 pm
Bylaws
  • Proposed changes to Bylaws will be presented
  • Members will vote
  • Ballots will be collected
7:10-7:20 pm
Nominations
  • Nominations for officers and Board of Directors members will be presented
  • Members will vote
  • Ballots will be collected
7:20-7:40 pm
Centennial celebrations
  • Centennial celebrations will be presented
  • Members will complete a survey indicating which events they would like to help with
  • Surveys will be collected
7:40 pm
Closing
  • The meeting will be closed
