Dear Rotarians and friends,
After leaving Rwanda last week, I travelled to South Africa, where I was greeted in the Johannesburg airport by signs advertising the country’s role in G20 this year. The 2025 G20 theme is solidarity, equality and sustainability, and that made me think a lot about my work at CEPI, KAFO and Rotary and how thankful I am that it is well aligned with these principles.
Input from members is central to making progress in all of these organizations and I would like to thank you for sending completed surveys about your Rotary experience to me. Your input will help guide our Souderton-Telford Rotary Club Leadership Team to keep the parts of our Club that you like and make changes where they are needed. We will do our best to address your concerns, recognizing that if there are conflicting recommendations, we may need to compromise. We will have a chance to discuss your ideas further in our Annual Meeting on April 24.
I returned home from South Africa on Saturday to a larger than usual stack of mail and was touched to read the many notes and cards you sent acknowledging the passing of my mother. Thank you for your heartfelt messages. They mean so much to me.
In Rotary
