 cing "legacy books" about local businesses and entrepreneurs. J. Eric Bish
 op\, PhD\, taught both English and German at Christopher Dock Mennonite Hi
 gh School (now Dock Mennonite Academy) for 37 years.  (Two of our Rotary 
 Members were taught by Dr. Bishop!) He currently serves two days a week as
  Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Quakertown Christian School. He
  also produces legacy books about local businesses. Eric is married to Lin
 da Hostetler. Eric and Linda are parents of two adult children and are act
 ive members of Souderton Mennonite Church.
